The perfect co*cktail for Easter brunch
The Easter bunny is coming to town! Never mind leaving cookies and milk for Santa, we’re leaving an herbaceous veggie bloody mary, topped with carrots and parsley for the Easter bunny, or maybe for ourselves…..no judgment here! The Bunny Mary will have you and the Easter Bunny hip-hopping all day long at your family gathering or Easter brunch.
How do I make the Bunny Mary Easter Bloody Mary?
The Bunny Mary is made with carrot and parsley infused vodka, fit for any bunny rabbit diet. Pick up all the ingredients: carrots, parsley, Peeps, vodka, and co*cktail Artist Premium Bloody Mary Mix at your local Walmart! Any of co*cktail Artist’s Premium Bar Ingredients and Mixes will make the perfect Easter co*cktails, or even better, gifts for Easter Baskets! However, you can shop wherever you like and you can use any bloody mary mix you want, bottled or homemade!
You’ll first want to infuse the vodka since that takes the most time. After your infuse the vodka its easy peasy lemon squeezy from there. Add the vodka, ice, and your favorite bloody mary mix to a glass and garnish with the herbs and a Easter staple; the Peep!

How long should I infuse the vodka?
The longer you infuse the vodka, the more herbaceous and sweet it’ll be. I would say give it a few days at least and do a taste test. If you think you would like to go longer, infuse up to 10 days! Make sure you infuse the vodka in an airtight container or jar and store it in a cool dark place. You can infuse as much or as little vodka as you’d like, just make sure you factor in 1.5 ounces per bloody mary.
For the Bunny Mary Easter Bloody Mary, you will need
6oz co*cktail Artist Premium Bloody Mary Mix (or any bottled or homemade mix you wish to use)
1.5oz carrot and parsley infused vodka (per bloody)
3 Carrots
Fresh Parsley
Peeps
Cherry Tomato
Mason Jar Glass
Knife
Cutting Board
Airtight jar to infuse the vodka
What can I serve the Bunny Easter Bloody Mary with?
The Bunny Easter Bloody Mary will go great with any Easter brunch meal! Whether that be a ham, a prime rib roast, eggs Benedict, pancakes, or even corned beef. If you’re planning to host a build your own bloody mary bar, the carrot and parsley infused vodka will be the star of your bar!
