I was eating corned beef hash and eggs at Disney World when an idea came to me. Using the canned corned beef hash recipe I think I could make an easy quiche recipe! I would base the idea on quiche lorraine ingredients!

So instead of using bacon, why can I not use a corned beef hash recipe? It would be an easy quiche recipe!

Why use a corned beef hash recipe? Why not just make corned beef hash and eggs? You could but I wanted to do a different type of quiche recipe. Plus I realized that quiche lorraine ingredients could be somewhat similar to that of a Reuben recipe.

What I found is by using the canned corned beef hash recipe. This new version of corned beef hash and eggs is amazing! It is also a good way to use up leftover corned beef hash as well!

This really is the best quiche recipe. Not only is it an easy quiche recipe because of the canned corned beef, but very tasty. All I did really was use the quiche lorraine ingredients, and take out the bacon and use a corned beef hash.

If you like corned beef hash and eggs, you will love this easy quiche recipe. You don’t have to use canned corned beef hash, you could use a homemade corned beef hash if you like. You will agree, no matter what you use, this is the best quiche recipe!

Corned Beef Hash Quiche is the best quiche recipe. Inspired by corned beef hash and eggs, this quiche recipe is made simple by using a canned corned beef hash recipe!

Ingredients

  • 9 inch prepared single pie crust
  • 15 oz can of corned beef hash
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees
  2. In a bowl, add the canned corned beef hash, the eggs, onions, garlic, milk, cream, cheese and pepper.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce heat to 300 degrees
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes.
  7. Insert a knife into the center, if it comes out clean the quiche is done. If not bake for additional time until the knife comes out clean.
  8. Once done, allow quiche to sit 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
  9. Serve it up and ENJOY!
