This store saved me from an ikea nightmare. During the moving process we lost a few pieces to a metal bed assembly and thankfully this particular ACE has a huge room full of bins dedicated to this.

Ace Hardware carries A/C capacitors which is excellent since they are open on the weekends and somehow that is the only time capacitors go out. Its 100 degrees and Monday is a holiday so it was even more clutch. Ace Hardware, you are the real MVP!

Clean, friendly and has what you need. Obviously smaller than home Depot but great neighborhood store. This store rocked me today. They had exactly what I needed and the staff was on point. I will go there more for that home town feel

We went in today feeling slightly bummed about a bad interaction with another store. The happy people at ace hardware ending up being extremely helpful and even managed to make us laugh. Amazing attitudes!!! Can’t wait to come back again!

Rented a UHaul and tow dolly for the first time and picked it up at Ace. Merv walked me through the whole process and definitely deserves employee of the month. Merv made what could've been a horrible day in the 100° heat into a seemless experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Had service on my dishwasher today and could not be happier with the technician. He was courteous, funny and fixed it quickly. The person I scheduled the technician with through the store was also great and trief to help me find things that I might be able to check rather than having to have a technician out. Glad I called Ace Hardware

This is has been my go-to destination for all kinds of hardware and home maintenance needs. They have been dependable for all of the nearly 20 years I have lived in Manhattan. Everything from a home freezer to tools and paint or nuts and bolts. They always have what I need for a fair price. Friendly, helpful staff never fail me when I ask "where can I find..."

Rented a U-Haul through here and the lady was very fast and knowledgeable about the process! Was a little frustrated that we were on a timeline and no employees were helping us as they walked by but she went out of her way to help us when she had other things she needed to do. Was back in June so of course forgot her name :/

My car key fob broke. I went to Ace Hardware and the employee, I want to say his name was John, walked through all the steps to get it fixed. When that proved impossible (the plastic had broke on it, unfixable) he found a replacement. Initially it was going to be $135 for a whole new fob, but we found a way to get that down to $25. Great service, great place.
